Important as much as possible to lower quantity of sugar used by you and salt. Salt detains water, promoting that to occurrence of hypostases and cellulitis strengthening. But it is not necessary to limit quantity of a liquid. To drink it is necessary much. And to drink it is desirable for half an hour to meal, instead of during it. Only so water will promote deducing of slags and will not be late in in problem places.
With a cellulitis crude vegetables (especially salad and cabbage), greens, bean, fruit, grain bread, porridges, fish, seafood, vegetable oils help to struggle. Also on health (days of limited intake of food very well affect water, grassy teas, vegetable juice, apples etc.). But do not take in head to torture itself hunger! Starvation only will increase "orange-peel".
To look well it is necessary to have good digestion as it directly influences a cellulitis. To help digestion, it is possible to use broths of an anise, fennel and caraway seeds, to mass a stomach clockwise. For activization of work of intestines it is necessary to add wheaten bran in meal and to increase quantity of a drunk liquid.
