    Yes all nonsense that it is necessary to eat with doses and during certain time. Everything, that is necessary it is kefir not fat, about 1 % and apples.kislo-sweet. That's all! I all time sit on different diets, is inclined to completeness, but nevertheless I am was insolent in frameworks ! So, that fasten:)
