Honey diet

One more sweet diet. As well as a chocolate diet, very tasty and effective. For three days it is possible to get rid from 2-2,5 kg provided that you will keep to all rules of a diet!

It is not necessary to starve especially because the diet includes 5 food intakes: the first breakfast, the second breakfast, a dinner, a mid-morning snack and a supper.

The approximate menu:
The first breakfast – 150 . The fat-free cottage cheese, one teaspoon of honey and tea with a lemon.
The second breakfast – 125 . Dietary yoghurt, sour juice.
Dinner – 200 . A boiled cauliflower, 200 . The strawberries, one teaspoon of honey and warm tea.
Mid-morning snack – one orange.
Supper – one glass kefir and one teaspoon of honey.

Between food intakes it is possible to drink tea, water, it is desirable without gas and sour juice. It is necessary to notice, that the daily volume of juice should not exceed 0,75 l. Tea and water can be drunk without restrictions.

You should not limit strongly yourselves in food because the list of the resolved products is wide enough! Combine favourite products in any variants, but do not exceed 1200 calories in day!

The diet is useful to health, can be applied as unloading. Besides, diet term is very small, but for this time there is a possibility to dump more than 2 kg.

The variant of a honey diet calculated for three days:

Day the first
Breakfast – Almost an egg flip (two egg yolks and a honey teaspoon to shake up a mixer), tea with a lemon or coffee.
Dinner – 90 . Cheese, tea or coffee, a honey teaspoon.
Supper – a broth cup, a slice of rye bread, fruit (a pear, an apple or an orange).
Before a dream tea with a lemon.

Day of the second
The same breakfast, as in the first day.
Dinner – 100 . Cottage cheese, egg with honey, tea with a lemon or coffee.
Egg with honey, 100 cottage cheese, tea with a lemon or coffee.
Supper – small vegetable salad, 150 fish or fowl, tea with a lemon.

Day the third
Breakfast – egg with honey, an apple and tea with a lemon.
Dinner – 250 . The salad filled with a lemon juice, 50 . Cheese, a slice of rye bread
Supper – 300 . Boiled vegetables (only not a potato), egg, a teaspoon of honey and tea.

Obligatory component of this diet a lemon daily!

Some pluses of a honey diet. Honey supports forces of an organism, and weakness as which sometimes it is possible to feel at diets, it is much less. Lemons quickly split fats, intensively deduce from an organism slags and toxins. The honey diet prevents cellulitis occurrence, promotes it .

Whenever possible, to spend this diet better during week-end. do not abuse application of a honey diet! There are contra-indications to people, with disease. And at all do not choose a honey diet, if at you an allergy on honey!
